COVID-19 Coach Hire Safety Statement 

We are now open and operating coach and minibus hire services again. During the COVID-19 outbreak, we took immediate action to cease all services to avoid any health risks to our customers and staff. We now have new safety measures in place to help protect our customers and staff. Our new safety measures will provide you with a safe and comfortable coach hire experience. 

We understand the COVID 19 situation may change at any present time and in the event, you wish to cancel your service, please follow our terms and conditions click here.

Please note* In the event, you wish to cancel your journey and your travel date is more than 30 days away your 25% deposit will be non-refundable however we will honor you a credit to re-book for a new date, this credit will be valid for 12 months. In the event, your travel date is less than 30 days away our standard cancelation terms and conditions will apply click here.

Below you can find our new COVID-19 prevention measures which we now have in place to make sure your coach hire journey is safe and comfortable.

Drivers Personal Protective Equipment for Covid-19 prevention

Coach and minibus drivers will be required to wear personal protective equipment to protect themselves and avoid any potential risks to passengers. Gloves will be worn and a face mask. Prior to boarding, the vehicle passengers will be required to sanitize their hands and board the vehicle respecting the social distancing requirements.

Social Distancing And Safe Seating 

safe seating and social distancing is currently in place to help reduce any risks. This means coach and minibuses will now only be providing 50% capacity with every other seat out of service. Seats will be clearly marked with a sign on board the vehicle.

Vehicle Deep Clean

Vehicles will be sanitized before and after every journey, this will include cleaning of armrests, seats, toilets, handles, and floors. 

A deep clean of coaches and minibusses will be carried out at the start and end of every shift this will include a full deep clean with antiviral sanitizer this will be applied to all areas on the vehicle internally and externally. PM2.5 particle air filters will be fitted to the airconditioning systems to help reduce any harmful airborne particles 

Passengers  Requirements

Passengers are required to wear facemasks at all times whilst onboard vehicles. Hand sanitizer must be applied before boarding. Masks and personal hand sanitizer must be provided by your self or by your group/tour leader. Please note we expect all passengers to respect and follow these procedures so we can continue to provide safe coach and minibus hire services. 

Social distancing will be required during the boarding and off-boarding process and this will most likely require more time. Please consider this and allow for some extra time when planing your journey.
