When arriving at the airport you will need to collect your bags and head to the main entrance forecourt.

Step 1 Collect your bags and exit the terminal.

Step 2 Call your driver and explain to them you are ready for collection ( drivers name and number can be found on the email you received named "Collection Details" ) Please provide:

• Group leaders name

• Flight number

Step 3 Board the vehicle which will normally be waiting at the express collection, directly outside on Comet Road or in the coach parking area which is a 3-minute walk.

Coach Parking Areas

Option 1

Only coaches with permission who have paid an entry fee of £18.00 can access the Comet Road coach area which is directly outside the airport terminal. This is a convenient and quick drop off area for coach groups as you can enter the terminal immediately. Our driver will inform you prior if he is waiting at the set down area on Comet Road.

Option 2

Minibuses are not allowed to enter Comet Road, therefore, we will use the minibus area which is located inside the car park. If our coach driver does not have permission to enter comet road your coach may be waiting at the coach parking area which is a 3-minute walk outside of the car park however our driver will inform you of his location by telephone call.
